Simply you need only have a valid NIC and an active mobile phone number.
How much is the interest rate and service fee?
You will be informed regarding the interest rate & service fee of the loan before the loan agreement confirmation.
What is the procession time for my loan application?
You will receive an immediate update regarding the application status or we will contact you in case of additional questions.
Processing time can be 10 minutes to 1 working day (During our working hours)
How will I get the notification for loan approval?
You will be notified via SMS from Monigo that your loan application approved. Also, you can view the status of the loan application in your Monigo account.
If I did not receice the loan approval, what can I do next?

How will I receive my loan?
You can claim your loan via Bank Account transfer (you must be the Bank Account holder).
Can I get an additional loan on top of my existing loan?
Yes. You can utilize the available loan limit which offered by us, you can get an additional loan top of the existing loan by submitting the application via your Monigo account.

How to check the loan loan due date and loan details?
You can find all details of your loan terms using your Monigo account.
What can I do if I am not in a position to repay the total loan amount?
We offer you an option to extend your loan terms fro 7, 14 or 30 Days.
Details of extending the loan term will be available in Monigo account. Simply login to Monigo account to check the details
What I should do, if the payment confirmation not received for my payment?
Time taken for payment update to our system depend on the bank transfer speed.

Where to check the agreement number of my loan?
You can check the agreement number in the top part of the agreement which we will be sending to you via email upon disbursement. Also you can access your loan agreement in your Monigo account.
Using Smartphone : Login to Monigo using your credentials >> My loan from menu. Your loan agreement number will be available.
Using Personal Computer : Login to Monigo using your credentials >> My loan from menu. Your loan agreement number will be available.
How to increase the loan term after obtaining the loan?
Your loan due date extension fee related infirmation available in your personal account on the Monigo web page.
Using Smartphone : Login to Monigo using your credentials >> My loan from the menu. Your extention fee for 7, 14 and 30 days will be visible there
Using Personal computer : Login to Monigo using your credentials >> My loan from the menu. Your extention fee for 7, 14 and 30 days will be visible there
You have to pay the exact amount visible in your account. If the transferred amount is not sufficient for 30-day, 14-day or 7-day extension, it will be allocated as partial loan repayment. In such cases, all fees according to the loan agreement, including late payment fee for the overdue loan amount, will continue to accumulate.
What are the details should I provide when making payment?
You have to mention your Loan agreement number & National Identity Card number (NIC) when making the payment via any payment method.
Note: Each time a payment is made, please make sure that your Loan agreement number/NIC number is clearly written on a clear picture of the payment receipt and uploaded to monigo.lk/payments. Please type the paid date according to the format (dd/mm/yyyy) and type the NIC number which is registered with us while uploading the slip.
Can I make the repayment earlier?
Yes, you can make the repayment at anytime before the loan due date.

How to recover my account password?
In order to recover your password, go to Monigo and press the Login button in the upper right corner of the page.
You will be taken to the login page and click on Forgot password.
You will be asked to enter the mobile phone number and we will send you a verification code to your phone number to proceed.
You will be asked to set up and confirm a new login password for your Monigo account to complete.
How can I change the registered phone number or email?
If you have changed your mobile number or your email address, it is necessary to complete several simple steps to update this information in your Monigo account Profile Settings.
